For all the Utell reservations, we confirm an automatic upgrade for superior or deluxe rooms. We also include - Welcome drink, early check in and late check out, according to availability, Business Center, Fitness Center, Internet free for 15 minutes and newspaper inside the room. . NEW YEARS EVE 2005/2006: Rates are comissionable on 10% for Travel Agencies and include brazilian buffet breakfast breakfast. Please add 5% GVT to the package rates and USD 1.50 per night for the room city tax. All reservations for the period of December 29th 2005 through January 2nd 2006 must be prepaid in full until September 15th 2005 (either by paytell or credit card) otherwise Hotel will not hold the room". For payments using credit card, the security code must be informed. Cancellations must be 60 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are non refundable. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period, as stated on the minimum length of stay. Minimum of 03 nights stay for reservations checking in on December 30th 2005 and 04 nights for reservations checking in on December 29th 2006.
