We offer a free shuttle service form the airport to the hotel (08:00 to 18:00)and hotel to the airport (07:00 to 17:00). To use this service you will need to reserve it before hand to see if we have availability. We will require the following information to reserve the shuttle service: Flight number and company, time of arrival,name of airport and which hotel you have a reservation at. From the period between 25DEC04 to 03JAN05, Hotel require full prepayment (either on cc or via Paytell) with 30 days prior to arrival (CCD policy), otherwise Hotel will not hold the room. Cancellations must be 30 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are non refundable. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period, as stated on the minimum length of stay. 31JAN05 to 10FEB05 All reservations for the period of 31JAN05 to 10FEB05 must be prepaid (either on cc or via Paytell) with 30 days prior to arrival (CCD policy), otherwise Hotel will not hold the room. Cancellations must be 30 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are non refundable. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period: 05 nights, as stated on the minimum length of stay
